Dr. Romila Chitturi, is Founder and Editor in Chief of Unicorn. She has a PhD in Business Management, Post Graduate degrees in Business Administration, Public Relations and Digital Marketing and she graduated in Journalism and English Literature, followed by courses in Instagram marketing, film writing and creative writing from Ruskin Bond. She is Book reviewer at Writers Around The World on Instagram and Programme Head (India) at Ukiyoto Publishing. Apart from all this she is an artist, writer, author, ex-blogger, poetess, columnist, film producer, masterclass guru, speaker and a brand consultant. She has authored 18 books and out of which few of them have won literary awards. She’s winner of - Super brain of India, Ms Intellectual, Top Blogger of India, Best Power packed Characterisation, Sahitya Ratna Award- Top 30 Literary Icons of 2021, Sylvia Plath Memorial Women's Literary Prize 2022 and 21st Century Jane Austen Reader's Award. She was recently bestowed with the “I00 Indians Under 40 award” by Fox Story in the Entrepreneur category. She worked a Research Analyst at IIM and her work has been published in Times of India, Femina, Elle, Eternal Solutions, Insite, Pratiyogita Darpan, Competition Success Review, Competition Refresher, Civil Service Chronicle, Careers360, Outlook. She is Delhi born, raised and educated, worked in Ahmedabad and Mumbai and lives in Hyderabad.
Smriti Malhotra is a Delhi girl and an avid dreamer. She works at the Embassy of the Republic of Congo by profession but is a writer by passion. She began writing while at school and now it’s been almost two decades. She recognized herself as a designer when she started working with Unicorn Magazine. She joined the magazine as Assistant Editor but her creativity led her to some other direction and today she is the Design Head of Unicorn. She always believed that blogging is not her cup of tea, but recently she made blogging her cup of coffee and thus the journey of blogging is amazing. Her blogs are published at Youthkiawaaz.com and Womensweb. Her comfort zone has always been English but owing to her mother's dream, she tried her hands on hindi poetry too and to her surprise, readers loved her hindi poetry more than the english ones. She also has a book named "Raabta" which comprises all her Hindi poetries. To summarize, she is an author, compiler and has co-authored numerous anthologies. Further, she won the “Best Author – Poetry” Award 2021 by Priyasi Publications, Women Achiever Award 2021 by Priyasi Publications and Special Mention Award 2021 by Cherry Book Awards for the category “Best Author – Poem 2021”. She is associated with poetry communities on Instagram as a Judge and content writer. She doesn’t love to remain stagnant and therefore she desires to learn something new every day that could make her more versatile. Creativity flows into her blood and she is always ready to take up new challenges. She is aspiring to make a big name in the literary world. For her, the journey has just started and she still needs to go a long way.

Preity Rashmi is a Software Developer, currently working in Xoriant Pvt Ltd, Pune. A resident of Bihar, born and brought up in Rourkela(Orissa), pursued higher education from Chandigarh(UT), completed engineering degree from Ajmer (Rajasthan), started professional journey from Bangalore(Karnataka) and continuing in Pune(Maharashtra), she justifies her diversity of India. She loves to code and enjoys scrolling through latest techie updates. She joined as an Intern with Unicorn in July 2022 and today she is Assistant Editor who works closely with the Editor in Chief taking care of editorial as well as technical aspects of the magazine, website and social media. Apart from her professional universe, her interest suits into the world of art and literature. She is a book nerd, and does book reviews on her blog page. She is also quite active in book reviewing for other platforms too like Half Baked Beans, and for debut authors. She cherishes the reality of poetries, and has contributed to a few anthologies as well. Her articles have been published in the Unicorn Blog Page and Magazine, Humans of IT Companies, Momaclan, Shiksha.com etc. She won “Poet of the Year '' title in Unicorn Literary Awards 2022. She has achieved “Jane Austen Reader’s Award” by Book Leaf Publishing. She has also started her journey as a compiler, of the anthology “Magnolias” published by Ukiyoto. She enjoys experimenting her poetry skills by participating in various poetry prompts challenges on Instagram. She is a traveling freak, and never misses a chance to utilize her holidays for a perfect getaway to different destinations. She has keen interest in creating artistic works like Mandala arts and Madhubani paintings. She relishes her free time in listening to songs and admiring the era of music. She has just started an expedition to the universe of words, and it is going awesome. She wants to become a renowned author some day, and to make an impact on society for a peaceful world.
